A delinquent notice is sent once any account has a balance older than sixty (60) days past due. If payment or payment arrangements have not been made within 10 days of the date printed on the notice then shut-off procedures will begin. Delinquent accounts will be assessed a service fee once the shut-off notice has been posted. Once a service has been disconnected payment in full must be made to restore that service.
We try to be flexible when customers need more time to pay on their utility bill. Our typical payment extension on a disconnect notice is 10 calendar days. We also consider payment history before granting an extension. No arrangements will be made after a service has been disconnected. If a service has been disconnected a payment in full must be made. You may only request payment extensions by calling the office 330-297-2151 or in person at our payment window.
